"It's a challenge." She says that susinctly, because she understands what he means. The reason it's a good job - yeah, you like what you do; Tara loves being a surgeon, she loves helping people, and giving babies a chance at life, but deep down, she picks difficult things because she loves the challenge.

"I'll keep that in mind," she says with a laugh. "And a younger sister, too, right?" Her brows ride as she asks, her lips curving up into a smile as she rubs the curve of her belly, because... it's a girl, and she's still not actually settled into what that means, yet.
